I’ve been wanting to try something besides dry wheat toast, or the common jelly on toast. We don’t even buy jelly that often here, and even though we did recently, I still wanted to try avocado on my toast.
It really reminded me of a sandwich my mom used to make for me. Avocado, facon bits (fake bacon bits) and veganeise.
The avocado provided a healthy way to top my toast, while also being more filling. Continue reading
