After completing a project for college for low income families to eat healthy, I wanted to take my experience and skill set to the next level. I created a Facebook page to document healthy meals I made at home, or healthy meals I ordered when dining out. In building the page, I realized that I could reach more people and provide a secure base for which to launch my program by creating a website. This resulted in the development of the Kids Eat Healthy website. While I am still working out the kinks and trying to collaborate with local groups and organizations, I will be building this FREE website with a FREE downloadable workbook to help low income families, especially children, to have fun while eating healthy and staying active. Please stay tuned for more exiting news!
