Kitchen Sink Salad

Ok so I didn’t really put the kitchen sink into the salad.

But I did use up some leftovers and just kinda tossed the whole thing together, hence the “kitchen sink” reference. 

I used spinach, leftover falafel from our Greek Night, leftover black beans, leftover Buffalo Quinoa Bites, and a salad dressing using the hot sauce from the Quinoa Bites as well.

For the dressing, I mixed 1 part Schultz’s Gourmet Spicy Original Hot Sauce with 2 parts Organic Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. 


It was quite tasty and filling, and a great way to use up the leftovers from meals the last week. 

It took me literally 5 minutes to prepare. This would be a great option for a school or work day, when you are in a hurry and need something filling and nutritious.
